PLEASE NOTE: I’m unfortunately (but hopefully temporarily) suspending shipping to the USA. 

NZ Post, the carrier who I send my International orders with, has stopped deliveries to the USA until they process the changes and figure out how to deal with the new US tariffs.

 It used to be that shipments sent valued under $800 were duty-free but from the 29th August 2025, this is no longer the case. For the first 6 months, from what i can make out, the US is imposing a flat fee of $80 US (for countries with tariffs under 16%) on anything, regardless of value, sent via an international postal system. This is  because the US custom system is not yet set up to cope with the volume of packages/variety of tariffs so it has simplified the fees until they can sort it out.

After the first 6 months  anything sent from NZ will then be charged a tariff of 15% based on the value of the goods sent.

NZ post is by far the most economical way for me to send orders Internationally (although I know it’s still not cheap). Unfortunately if I send via a courier company such as FedEx, the shipping cost would more than double (eg: close to $60 for a single tea towel) which i feel is unrealistic to think customers would pay, and I definitely can’t absorb.

New Zealand Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Many of our products are handmade and hand printed so if there is a potential delay we will contact you. Orders over $75 are delivered FREE in New Zealand by courier. Orders under $75 incur a $6 shipping fee. There is also an additional rural delivery surcharge of $4.

Orders are generally sent by courier and should arrive within 2 working days once sent. Orders to Rural addresses can take longer. In some cases it can take a bit longer, (especially during busy times of the year or if ordered over the weekend). 

(Please note that if you are a rural address and do not select Rural delivery your order may be sent by standard NZ post)

Your order will come packaged in tissue or if it is jewellery it will come in one of our specially designed Natty gift boxes. We will happily gift wrap and include a message for a gift recipient upon request.

International Delivery:

We do ship internationally. We are happy to arrange international delivery using NZ Post. The charge for international shipping is $15NZ to Australia and $25NZ for the Rest of the World. Delivery times vary when sending internationally and we are unable to guarantee a specific time frame but they usually arrive within 10 working days from being sent.

Returns:

Please keep in mind that the image colour may appear differently according to your computer screen.   If you should wish to return an item please get in touch using the contact page. The item will need to be returned within 7 days in it’s original, unworn condition. 

Product Care:

Textiles - wash in cold water and hang to dry, when dry iron on back side with medium heat and no steam.

Wooden Jewellery is finished with beeswax or linseed oil and will benefit from a reapplication at times to protect and keep the wood looking great. They are not designed to get wet.
