New Zealand Delivery

Happy Holidays to everyone.

Just a note that over the New Year / Summer period i wont be shipping orders every day as I’ll be trying to spend some family time enjoying the sun so I’ll be in and out of the studio.
I’ll do my best to get orders sent off as soon as possible but please let me know if you need anything by a particular date.

Thanks for all your support and understanding and i hope everyone gets bit of a break with loved ones over the summer.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Many of our products are handmade and hand printed so if there is a potential delay we will contact you. Orders over $75 are delivered FREE in New Zealand by courier. Orders under $75 incur a $6 shipping fee. There is also an additional rural delivery surcharge of $4.

Orders are generally sent by courier and should arrive within 2 working days once sent. Orders to Rural addresses can take longer. In some cases it can take a bit longer, (especially during busy times of the year or if ordered over the weekend).

(Please note that if you are a rural address and do not select Rural delivery your order may be sent by standard NZ post)

Your order will come packaged in tissue or if it is jewellery it will come in one of our specially designed Natty gift boxes. We will happily gift wrap and include a message for a gift recipient upon request.

International Delivery:

We do ship internationally. We are happy to arrange international delivery using NZ Post. The charge for international shipping is $15NZ to Australia and $25NZ for the Rest of the World. Delivery times vary when sending internationally and we are unable to guarantee a specific time frame but they usually arrive within 10 working days from being sent.
